Japan, U.S. in talks to bolster hydrogen supply chain together
OSAKA -- Japan and the U.S. are discussing joint efforts to promote hydrogen energy and bolster related supply chains, including by lowering costs for producers, Nikkei has learned.
Clean energy is on the agenda for a summit between Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and U.S. President Joe Biden in Washington on Wednesday. The leaders are expected to launch a cabinet-level dialogue on the issue.
