Japan, China, South Korea eye first joint summit in 4 years
TOKYO -- Japan, China and South Korea are finalizing plans for a two-day summit in Seoul starting May 26, the first such trilateral meeting in more than four years.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Chinese Premier Li Qiang and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol are to attend. Tokyo also is arranging separate bilateral summits with China and South Korea on the sidelines, Japan's Foreign Ministry said.
