India's Congress party vows to fight 'fascist rule' of Modi's BJP
NEW DELHI -- Rahul Gandhi, scion of India's Nehru-Gandhi political dynasty and a senior figure in the opposition Indian National Congress party, came to a press briefing on Thursday wearing his trademark white polo shirt and began speaking with a smile.
"The prime minister, if I [may] say so, is psychologically broken," said Gandhi in his usual aggressive manner, but with more confidence. "And knowing his personality, he will struggle to run a government like this."
