U.S. will press North Korea to resolve abductions issue: special envoy
WASHINGTON -- The U.S. is committed to working with Japan to bring home Japanese nationals abducted by North Korea, the American special envoy on North Korean human rights issues recently told Nikkei.
Washington will continue to urge Pyongyang -- which considers the issue resolved -- to "come back to the table," Julie Turner said Wednesday in an interview at the State Department.
