South Korean soccer coaches make mark in Southeast Asia
LONDON -- History is repeating itself in Southeast Asia, where a South Korean soccer coach is again the toast of an entire nation.
A banner displaying an image of Shin Tae-yong, the South Korean soccer coach currently helming Indonesia's national team, held up by a fan at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta on March 21 summed up the situation. "Korea's best export, Sorry Samsung," it said.
