Philippines' Marcos slams maritime aggression at Shangri-La Dialogue
SINGAPORE -- Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. condemned maritime aggression in the South China Sea at one of the region's biggest security forums, without naming China.
On Friday, Marcos addressed this year's Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore as keynote speaker, which the Philippine government called a "historic" opportunity, since he remains one of the loudest voices to protest China's aggression in the South China Sea.
