Exxon says U.S. subsidy rules threaten hydrogen-ammonia project
HOUSTON, Texas -- U.S. tax credit rules may upend what is set to be the world's largest low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia development project by ExxonMobil and Japanese energy company JERA, the U.S. oil major has said.
Exxon is developing the plant at its Baytown Complex here, with JERA exploring participation.
