CNBC Pro Talks: Fund manager to reveal his favorite 'Magnificent 7' alternatives and more

From major elections to inflation and recession risks, the world right now is highly unpredictable, according to Freddie Lait of Latitude Investment Management.

Join CNBC's Karen Tso as she asks the fund manager how investors should navigate this uncertainty.

Lait will share his thoughts on the possibility of a soft — or no — landing for the U.S. economy, and which stocks are likely to be direct beneficiaries of an economic recovery.

He'll also discuss the "exciting but dangerous" performance of the so-called "Magnificent Seven," and will reveal alternative stocks with similar growth "at a fraction of the price."

Lait manages two funds — the Latitude Horizon Fund and the Latitude Global Fund — with a focus on global stocks and strong returns across different market cycles.

Top holdings in both funds include Alphabet, JPMorgan, Sony and BP, and Lait also likes names such as Autozone and Vinci.

Lait has been a managing partner at Latitude Investment Management since 2016, before which he was a fund manager at firms including Odey Asset Management and Rothschild Private Management. He started his career as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2005.
