WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Joe Biden would conditionally support a summit between Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, a senior American official said.
The official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Thursday that any such meeting would be dependent on close coordination among the U.S., Japan and South Korea.
