TOKYO -- Japan Airlines will promote former cabin attendant Mitsuko Tottori to president effective April 1, the Japanese carrier announced on Wednesday, appointing a woman to the top post for the first time.
Tottori, who is currently a representative director and senior managing executive officer, will also be the first president with experience as a cabin attendant.
