AI as CEO: U.S. startup reflects on year with cutting-edge 'chatboss'
NEW YORK -- As a movement starts to emerge among U.S. CEOs to entrust some executive duties to generative AI, Nikkei spoke to the founder of a company that named an artificial intelligence chatbot its CEO a year ago to find out how things were going.
Mark Alamares, founder of California-based interactive live media startup Mobeon, put his trust in AI in March last year, when he stepped down as CEO and became chief operating officer, appointing the AI-powered chatbot, Chinggis Tron, as his replacement.
